Wholesale to Electronic Retailers
In addition to engaging in the wholesale of smartphones, etc., to electronic retailers, we also provide in-store sales facilitation. At Distribution Center and Call Center, we provide powerful backup to in-store sales through the speedy distribution of inventory and high-precision activation services.
Sales staff are dispatched to support in-store sales. We support sales activities that draw closer to the customers’ wishes by conducting pricing diagnoses and proactively providing consulting services to address the customers’ smartphone concerns.

"Shop app by nexi" has basic functions such as reservation of docomo shop that can be used free of charge, smartphone classroom stamp card, and confirmation of usage fee. In addition, if you register as a paid member for 385 yen (tax included) per month, we offer "nexi smartphone support" that allows you to learn how to operate your smartphone anytime and anywhere you like with simple operations.
This is a service unique to Conexio that allows you to use the docomo Shop more conveniently and supports a richer smartphone life by becoming more proficient in smartphones.
We have concluded a partnership agreement with HOKEN NO MADOGUCHI GROUP INC., and operate the “HOKEN NO MADOGUCHI.”
“HOKEN NO MADOGUCHI,” by comparing and recommending life and non-life insurance products, proposes and offers the insurance coverage (protection) necessary for the everyday lives of the customers. It provides a wide range of services from proposing insurance products that align with the customers’ wishes to helping customers claim for benefits and insurance payments.
